Sometimes, all you need is a little spark. And also, sometimes it is not about words, but the unmistakable feeling of energy moving within you and all around you.

After creating a safe space for you and calling in your spirit team and all beings you resonate with, I will visualize your body and energy field in my mind to direct energy flow in your highest good, together with your team of light. This can feel amazing, but at first, it can also feel uncomfortable and due to the intensity of the energy flow, you will be lying down during the transmission and energy work. You can trust that whatever arises in this session, is what is meant to flow out of you or be received by you. There is also a high chance that you will feel called to move parts of your body or let out sounds. So be sure that you are in an undisturbed environment that feels safe to you.
